Once you've created a Bite, Playlist, or Quiz, you can share it with your employees. Tap the Share button on any piece of content to get started.
You'll see two options:
Share with Bites
This opens the Communication Hub — Bites' built-in distribution engine. Use it to send content directly to your employees via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Beekeeper.
With the Communication Hub, you can:
Choose your distribution channel
Select message templates
Target recipients by attributes (location, role, etc.) or by individual people
Schedule distributions for a later time
Set reminders for employees who haven't watched
Set a due date
Each employee receives a personalized message with an authentication link that logs them in automatically — no passwords, no friction.

Manual Share
This opens your device's native sharing options, letting you copy a link or share it through any app on your phone (WhatsApp, iMessage, etc.).
Manual sharing is useful for quick, informal distribution. However, the tracking and engagement features are limited compared to those in the Communication Hub.
Note: If you don't have sharing permissions in your workspace, the "Share with Bites" option will be disabled. Contact your workspace admin to request access.
