When distributing content through the Communication Hub, you can configure privacy settings that control who can access your Bite and how their activity is tracked.

You'll find these settings in the Sharing Settings section of the Distribution Details screen.

Open to All

Anyone with the link can view the content without being a signed-in user. As an admin, you'll see view counts but won't know who specifically viewed the Bite.

Know Who Watched

Recipients must be signed-in users to view the content. New users can sign up when they receive the Bite.

Advanced option: You can require new users to enter an access code when signing up, adding an extra layer of control over who joins your workspace.

Restricted

Only existing signed-in users can access the content. The link won't allow new users to sign up β€” they must already have an account in your workspace.

Unpublished

Only you (the creator) can view the Bite. Even users who previously received it will no longer be able to access it. Use this to temporarily or permanently take content offline.
