Absolute View
A stats filter that calculates all metrics relative to the total audience (all workspace users, or all users the content was shared with). Use it to understand organizational reach and adoption. Opposite of Funnel View. Learn more
Answered
The number of users who answered the question in a Bite. In Funnel View, this is shown out of those who viewed. In Absolute View, out of total audience. Learn more
Communication Hub
Bites' built-in distribution engine for sending content to employees via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Slack, Teams, or Beekeeper. Content shared through the Hub is tracked with precise audience data. Learn more
Completed
For Playlists: the number of users who finished every Bite in the playlist. For Quizzes: the number who finished the entire quiz. Learn more
Data Format
A stats filter that switches between displaying metrics as percentages (%) or absolute numbers (#). Default is percentage. Learn more
Export (Summary / All Data)
Stats can be exported to Excel via email. Summary provides a high-level overview. All Data adds a user-level breakdown with individual progress, answers, and attributes. Learn more
Funnel View
A stats filter that calculates each metric relative to the users who reached the previous stage. For example, Completed is shown as a percentage of users who Started, not of the total audience. Use it to understand engagement quality. Opposite of Absolute View. Learn more
Guest Users
People who interact with your content but don't have a Bites account or are from another organization. Guests are included in stats once they engage with the content. Learn more
Progress (Playlists)
The average percentage of Bites viewed across all users who started the playlist. Always displayed as a percentage. Learn more
Shared Organically
Users who accessed content on their own (via a direct link, QR code, or browsing) without receiving a Communication Hub distribution. Learn more
Shared via Communication Hub
Users who received content through a Communication Hub distribution. The Hub tracks exactly who received it, providing an accurate audience count for stats. Learn more
Started
The number of users who interacted with any part of a Playlist or Quiz, typically by opening the first Bite or question. Learn more
Success
The percentage of correct answers on questions that users actually answered. Skipped questions are not counted (but a user who skipped all questions gets 0%). Always shown as a percentage. Learn more
Total Bar
The summary bar at the top of every Stats screen showing aggregated numbers for the current view. Updates in real time as you change filters. Learn more
User Scope
A stats filter that controls which audience you're viewing: All Users, Shared via Communication Hub, or Shared Organically. Learn more
Views
The number of users who opened a Bite. For standalone Bites, this is the primary engagement metric. For Bites within a Playlist, views are shown in the Playlist Analysis breakdown. Learn more
