You can export your stats data from any Bite, Playlist, or Quiz to analyze performance outside of Bites, share with stakeholders, or keep records. Exports are available on both desktop and mobile.
How to Export
Open the Stats screen for any Bite, Playlist, or Quiz.
Tap the Export button in the top-right corner.
Choose your report type:
Export Summary to Excel — A high-level overview.
Export All Data to Excel — A detailed, user-level breakdown.
Confirm or update the email address where the report should be sent.
Tap Export & Send.
The Excel file will be delivered to your email.
If there's no valid email address in the system, the Export & Send button will be disabled.
Important: The exported report reflects all filters currently applied in your Stats view (organizational hierarchy, shared-with scope, attribute filters, etc.). The Progress View setting (Funnel vs. Absolute) does not affect the export — the report always includes both calculations. Make sure to set your filters before exporting.
Summary Report
The Summary Report provides a high-level overview. It exports a single tab.

Success — Funnel: correct answers out of all answers received. Absolute: correct answers from the audience. Displays "-" for open-ended questions, surveys, or no question.
A note below the overview indicates that this view includes Guest users.
