Now, you can get a crystal-clear and precise view of who’s receiving and engaging with your Bites.
When you dive into the New Stats for a Bite, you’ll see detailed numbers showing who received your Bite, including user information and attributes of the sector that got it. We’ve divided the stats into two categories: those who received the Bite via the Communication Hub and those who found it organically through a link or QR code.
You can view these stats together for an overall performance snapshot or separately by selecting “Shared With” Communication Hub or “Shared Organically.”
👉 Important Note: If you've shared your Bite using the Communication Hub, the default setting will show "Shared with Comm Hub" and "Shared Organically." A blue dot will appear on the filter icon to indicate this.
We’re thrilled about this feature because it allows you to track your Bites performance as soon as you share them, in real time, with highly accurate numbers—all with just a few clicks.
Here’s how to find this new filter:
Open the Bites App: Mobile or desktop, your choice.
Select a Bite: Pick a Bite and tap "Bite Stats Overview".
Click the Top Right Menu: This is where you'll find the "Shared With" filter to view different distribution metrics.
Shared With Communication Hub: This filter shows who received and engaged (or didn’t) with your Bite when you shared it using our Communication Hub.
Shared Organically: This filter shows who viewed your Bite by clicking a link or scanning a QR code.
