Distributing your Bites through Email

What is Email Distribution?

Email Distribution is a feature that allows you to send your Bites directly to your employees via email. These personalized emails include the employee's name and a unique link for automatic login.

You are provided with two generic templates - a main message and a reminder. If you want to add a personalized template, please reach out to support@mybites.io.

Email Domains

Your employees can receive Bites emails from:

  1. MyBites Domain: For instance, bites@mybites.io

  2. Your Organization's Domain: For example, bites@yourorganization.com

Using your organization's domain is recommended for better delivery and lower spam rates.

Setting Up Your Domain

To use your organization's domain for email distribution, we will require the following:

  1. Provide a New Email Account: Create a new email, such as bites@yourorganization.com, that we'll use to send Bites.

  2. Identify Your DNS Host: Let us know who hosts your DNS.

  3. Update DNS Records: We'll give you several DNS records to add to your domain's DNS settings.

After these steps, Bites emails will be sent from your organization's domain.
