What is Email Distribution?
Email Distribution is a feature that allows you to send your Bites directly to your employees via email. These personalized emails include the employee's name and a unique link for automatic login.
You are provided with two generic templates - a main message and a reminder. If you want to add a personalized template, please reach out to [email protected].
Email Domains
Your employees can receive Bites emails from:
MyBites Domain: For instance, [email protected]
Your Organization's Domain: For example, [email protected]
Using your organization's domain is recommended for better delivery and lower spam rates.
Setting Up Your Domain
To use your organization's domain for email distribution, we will require the following:
Provide a New Email Account: Create a new email, such as [email protected], that we'll use to send Bites.
Identify Your DNS Host: Let us know who hosts your DNS.
Update DNS Records: We'll give you several DNS records to add to your domain's DNS settings.
After these steps, Bites emails will be sent from your organization's domain.
