Who are the Bites users?
Bites has 3 main types of users - Content creators, admins and end-users - the recipients of the content (usually your frontline employees).
What's the difference between these types of users?
Admins
Admins are the ones who can edit, modify and change the workspace setting as well as provide an access code, add new employees, block employees, change user's permissions and more.
Content creators
Content creators are people that admins allow to create content on the Bites app and share it with other employees.
End-users/ frontline employees/ recipients of content
These people are Bites users, usually your frontline employees, that will receive the content your company will create and can watch, answer questions and comment on this content.
