What is the Communication Hub and how to use it?

As explained in the sharing article, we strongly recommend using our Communication Hub to reach your employees directly on their phones.

This allows you to send personalized messages to each and every employee, including their name and an "authentication link" that automatically logs them into their account.

As a manager, you can track their progress seamlessly, while employees benefit from a frictionless login experience.

By utilizing the communication hub, you can distribute to all users in your workspace and specific groups (by attributes) you set for your organization.

How to Access the Communication Hub

First, you need to access the dashboard:

Choose which Bite, playlist, or quiz you wish to share:

You can access the Communication Hub from two places in the dashboard:

  1. Big Blue Button on Top: Choose your channel (Whatsapp, SMS, Teams) and decide whether to send the message to all users in your workspace or a custom group:

  2. Views β†’ Detailed View, Send Button: Select the users you want to distribute from the table and click the "send" button.

  3. This flow allows you to schedule a distribution for a later time or set a reminder to send to those who have not opened the message.

    You can review the communication hub engagement levels using our "shared with" feature. This view allows you to see how many users, out of those that the content was sent to through the communication hub, have viewed it.
