With these changes, you can assign, categorize, share, and ensure employees reach their full potential— driving real, measurable impact for your company.

⭐️ What’s changing for Managers?
Content Assignment:
From now on, you can assign content to employees based on attributes like location, department, and role, so every team member—including new hires—automatically gets the knowledge they need.
The content assignment feature enables you to mark certain content as mandatory for employees, set due dates for completion, and include recommended content—which isn’t mandatory but still valuable for expanding knowledge and enhancing skills.
The content assignment is done through the Dashboard:
Mandatory Assignments
Assign Bites as Mandatory Content to specific groups based on job title, location, or any other relevant attribute.
Mandatory content will include a due date, ensuring employees complete it within the required timeframe.
Recommended Assignments
Not all content has to be mandatory, but you might still want employees to engage with it. Now, when you assign a Bite without marking it as mandatory, it will show up in their personal feed as “Recommended.”
This ensures employees can access valuable content while keeping required training clearly defined and prioritized.
Automatic Content Categorization
We know how important it is to keep professional content organized and easily accessible. That’s why we’re introducing Bite Categories—a simple way to structure and manage your training materials efficiently.
When you create a Bite, it automatically receives suggested category tags based on the content, which can be easily edited or replaced. You can also define and adjust your organization’s categories anytime through your dedicated account manager to keep content properly organized.
📌 All content that was previously created will be categorized automatically but changes would only apply after you go into the content and apply changes.
📱 What Will Your Employees See?
We have created a completely new personal knowledge feed with clearly categorized Bites for easy navigation.
Content Filtered By:
• Mandatory – Assigned training with due dates.
• Recommended – Content assigned by managers but not marked as mandatory.
• Categories – All categorized Bites, organized by relevant topics.
The large carousel at the top of the screen highlights all pending mandatory content, showing employees exactly what they still need to complete.
Below, employees can explore recommended content to enhance their skills, along with all other training materials, neatly sorted and filtered by category.
🏆 Smarter Learning with ASK AI
Employees can ask questions about any content, and our AI will instantly provide answers and suggest relevant Bites, ensuring a seamless learning experience. It pulls information only from the content assigned and shared with them, without searching the web or generating unrelated information.
If no direct answer is available, the AI will inform the employee while also notifying the manager, highlighting knowledge gaps and helping improve future training.
This update simplifies content management, ensures training aligns with your company’s goals, and gives employees a clearer, more structured way to engage with their learning.
