Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues
Having trouble signing in to your Bites account? We've got your back. Read through the tips below to help you get signed in.
If you signed up before
try signing in again with the same credentials you previously used. There is a chance that you are using a different device or that for any reason you were logged out. If you forgot your password, use the "forgot or don't have password" option to reset it.
If you never signed up to Bites
There is a chance that previous Bites sent to you did not require sign in and this one does. Please sign up to Bites with your phone/Google/Microsoft/Apple ID/email and you will be good to go.
If none of these work
Try contacting your workspace admin, there is a chance that your user was blocked or removed and it can be fixed easily.
